My name is Taylor. I was adopted from Russia at age of 13 in year of 2000 by Le Ann and Mark. It was tough decision in my live that I had to decide. I had one sister and two brothers who I dearly loved. So I left them and all the other relatives, not that I had a lot, and decided to go to a country that I have no clue how to talk. My life began from a scratch. I had to learn language like a small baby does after the birth. I didn’t know how other people would accept a child who was an orphan. I didn’t even know if I will have any friends at all. I was afraid to say “yes” and forget about my sister. I didn’t know where she is and if she will survive with my mother traveling from one town to another like we always did. Also I was afraid to say “no” and loose an opportunity to experience something that I might never have.
